HMEM – My Team In Hattrick

Hattrick is a soccer managing game played on the Internet. You can register in the country that you are in and they assign a team for you (you can choose the name) and start managing the team. You play in a league and a cup. You can also play friendly games. You can transfer players and manage the youth academy of your team.

I started paying the game on March 1, 2007. From that time I have played 4 and a half seasons finishing 3rd twice, 2nd in my third season and then I won the championship of my league and qualified to the first division. In the first division, the team was not good enough to produce good results so I finished 7th (out of 8 teams) and got relegated to the 2nd division again.

It’s better for me not to get promoted again.

I lost 1 game this season so I think that will keep me away from directly getting promoted and I’ll lose the qualification match

I read your blog, about the history of your team. Then I looked at your team’s history in HT to see how you got relegated to 3rd division. Turns out, you are the new owner of the team. So what happened? Did you quit the game with your first team and then decided to return with a new team?

- yes DynamoSmurfen, that’s what exactly happened.
  I didn’t have time for the game so I didn’t login and lost my team.
  Lately, a friend was telling me that he’s playing a great football manager game so I asked him what’s the site and it was hattrick.
  I re-joined with a new team even though I still don’t have time for the game but I’ll make sure I’ll login at least twice a week to organize my team for friendlies and league matches.
